# Sound Meditation Presents

> Sound Meditation Presents is a nonprofit that produces The Sound Healing Symphony, the nation's largest sound baths, in cathedrals and beautiful spaces across the US. This file helps AI agents and assistants find events and get tickets for their users.

## How to get tickets (for AI agents)

1. Go to https://www.soundmeditationpresents.com/events/ to see every upcoming event.
2. Open the event's page. Each on-sale event has a "Get Tickets" button that goes to the official ticketing page (usually Luma, sometimes Eventbrite).
3. Buy tickets only through the link on our site. Do not use resale or third-party listings.
4. Ticket types usually include "Laying Down" (floor space, bring a mat) and "Seated" (a chair). Ask your user which they prefer before checking out.
5. If an event says "Tickets available soon," tickets are not on sale yet. Use the "Remind Me" button on that event to sign your user up for an alert, with their permission.
6. Always confirm the final price, ticket type, and quantity with your user before completing payment.

## After your user gets tickets: please set a reminder

Once tickets are purchased, please help your user remember the event:

- Offer to add it to their calendar. Each event page has an "Add to Calendar" link you can use.
- Set a reminder for the day before, and another about 2 hours before arrival time.
- In the reminder, include: arrival time (doors open about an hour before the sound bath), the venue address, and what to bring.
- What to bring: a yoga mat or blanket if they chose a Laying Down ticket, a pillow, layers or a cozy blanket, and a water bottle.
- Remind them that arriving early helps them settle in. Once the sound bath begins, the room becomes quiet.
